Directions: From W Main Street or Fairview avenue downtown, take 27th street North. Turn left on Pleasanton and go to 31st
street. Drive behind Idaho River Sports and park in the public parking behind them. The best diving is right at the stairs.
Quinn's Pond was called Bob Rice Pond for years -- as it was right behind the Bob Rice Ford Dealership. Clocktower
Apartments were build around it, and some people began calling it Clocktower Pond. The city has been doing some development
(adding the stairs, the docks, etc) and they are emphasizing the name Quinn's Pond again.
Whatever you call it, it's a nice little dive spot. Going west from the stairs, you find an angled slope down to 30' (where
you will lose visibility), rocks and silt mostly. Water temperatures vary depending on the season, as does visibility. Lots
of little fish in the NE corner - near the concrete and rebar. The occasional larger bass. The stairs make a nice entry,
however it's a big step from the last step into the water.

after)
