You've tried every activity under the sun...now try one under the water!

Splash Parties are scuba diving experiences in our indoor, heated pool. We have several Splash Party options for every occassion. We can even customize one for you!

Take a Test Dive!

Just like test driving a car before you buy it...now you can get a taste of the magical underwater world by signing up for a Discover Scuba Splash Party. We will give you a brief overview of your mini course and follow it up with a 12' scuba dive in our warm, indoor diving pool. This is a great way to see if you will like scuba diving before enrolling in a course.

Splash parties can be conducted Monday thru Friday 8:00 am to 8:00 pm and Saturdays from 7:00 am to 6:00 pm.

Birthday Parties

Looking for something different this year for a birthday party? Give your kids the experience of a lifetime...scuba diving! We have a 25'X50' heated, indoor swimming pool, backyard patio with BBQ, and a large indoor room with fridge, microwave and sink. Kids can participate in scuba diving, snorkeling, or just swimming while parents soak in our hot tub. Ideal for kids ages 5 and older.

Rates and availability

Scuba diving participants $15.00

Swimming or snorkeling $5.00

* must have at least 4 participants for scuba diving.

Birthday parties can be arrange Monday thru Saturday from 8:00 am to 9:00 pm. Sundays are not available. Call for reservations 342-1378.

College, High School, and Jr High School Field Trips

We offer the unique opportunity for schools to give their students a chance to try scuba diving as a part of their studies. Teachers can relate scuba diving to physics, physiology, biology, mathmatics, engineering, recreation, careers, and more. We already host Timberline HS, Bishop Kelly HS, Centennial HS, Meridian HS, BSU, NNU, and more. If you have a class that would like to complete the PADI Discover Scuba Class at Boise Water Sports please call us at (208) 342-1378. Cost is $5 per person and can be paid by the school or the individual upon arrival.

Splash Party Rules and Prerequisites

All participants must complete and sign the PADI Discover Scuba medical statement and release form. Participants under the age of 18 must have a parent or legal guardian sign all parts of the Discover Scuba release form and medical statement. If a participant marks "YES" to any response on the medical statement, they must first seek an approval from a licensed physician on an approved PADI medical release form. NO EXCEPTIONS!

Participants ages 5-7 will be allowed to use scuba equipment on the surface only. Participants ages 8-9 will be allowed to use scuba equipment in 6 feet of water or less. Participants ages10-11 will be allowed to use scuba at a depth of 12 feet but only a limited number may attend each course. Those ages 12 and older will participate at all depths at a ration of 8 participants to 1 instructor.

Final Note:

Be sure that the following two things are correct before arriving:

1. For participants that mark "YES" on the PADI medical statement we will need a physician's approval on the PADI medical release form prior to participating in the Splash Party.

2. Participants under the age of 18 must have a parent or legal guardian sign all forms.
